GeoPak PVC Cladding is a physiologically harmless rigid PVC protection film designed for the protection and finishing of insulated piping systems.

It provides a clean, durable and mechanically resistant outer surface for insulated pipes, elbows, flanges, valves and pipe support areas.

• Excellent mechanical resistance, 0.25 mm thickness for the foil, 0.35 mm for accessories. 

• Water vapor resistance µ  > 50.000  

• Classification Report acc to EN 13.501-1 : BL-s3,d0  

• Specific weight ca. 1450 kg/m³ 

Program

• Rolls in 0.25 mm x 1.0 m x 55 m, 60 Rolls per Wooden Box, 3.300 m² 

• 90° SR Elbows (short radius fit most insulated steel, copper and SS elbows) 

(packed in PE bag of 20, 50 or 100 pieces acc to the size)  

• 90° LR Elbows (long radius, best fit for insulated 3 D steel Elbows)  

• T- joints  

• Flange Caps (also keen for valve and insulated pipe support covering) 

• Plastic rivets in grey matte 

• Punch for clicking in the rivets.
